Return Policy
Due to the nature of the items that are sold in this shop, whether it’s delicate resin prints or one-of-a-kind custom art, returns cannot be accepted.
However in certain cases, I try my best to resolve certain issues:
- If a shipment arrived damaged and irreparable, we would go through the claims process with the shipper (most shipments are insured up to $100, and the more valuable orders I tend to add insurance, just in case) to process a refund.
- If the wrong item was sent, I’ll try to get the correct item to you as quick as I can.
- If there is anything else wrong with your order, please contact me and I’ll see if or what I can do to resolve it.
