3D Print Processing
- Resin Prints: Most resin prints takes about 1 business week to complete before shipping.
- FDM Prints: Since these are usually larger models that are printed, it takes about 1-2 business weeks to complete per model before shipping.
- Print & Paint Commissions: These take about 3-6 business weeks to complete, depending on availability.
- Products Already Printed: These will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days.
- In the event there are problems printing your order that will cause a substantial delay, such as print failures or machine malfunctions, you will be notified of the delay and provided a revised estimate on when your order will be ready to shipped.
Shipping Method (U.S.)
- This shop offers 2 domestic shipping methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days domestic shipping), includes up to $100 insurance and tracking.
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days domestic shipping), includes up to $100 insurance and tracking.
Free Shipping (U.S.)
- Free shipping is eligible for domestic (U.S.) orders over $50 and will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
International Shipping
- International shipping currently includes Canada & Australia. However, if you reside in another country and are looking to place an order, please contact me so I can make that arrangement.
- Shipped via USPS First Class International.
- I cannot be responsible for any additional costs or delays that may occur at Customs.
Packaging
- Most resin miniatures are packed with bubble pockets and packing tissue padding and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.
- In the cases of larger orders (whether by size or quantity), repurposed packing materials and boxes may be used (Eco Friendly).
