This is Duncan Shadow’s Kuo-Toa Multi-Part Kit.

These fish folk characters are a great addition to many campaigns. For instance, you could use them in Pathfinder, Starfinder (as an aquatic alien species), Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (as alternative Lizardmen), or Tales from the Loop (as amphibian mutants). They’re also great for any fantasy roleplaying game with aquatic humanoids.
