This is Scramax the Battlemage from Artisan Guild’s Dragonguard set. He would work well as a dragonborn sorcerer, warlock, or wizard.

BACKSTORY:

Scramax the Battlemage is one of the most acclaimed heroes of the ancient Dragonguard order. As a Dragonblood knight, his spirit, along with that of other valiant ancestors, was infused with sacred dragon’s blood, transforming him into an immortal creature of great might and profound wisdom.
