This is Nasmaraax the Destroyer from Artisan Guild’s Dragonguard set. He would work well as a dragonborn fighter or barbarian.

BACKSTORY:

Nasmaraax the Destroyer earned his terrifying moniker as a brutal “one man army” within the ancient order of the Dragonguard. Long ago, the spirits of the most valiant ancestors, including Nasmaraax’s, were infused with sacred dragon’s blood, transforming them into immortal creatures of immense might. The skalds still sing of his legend, especially his role as a killer of wyverns, a mighty barbarian of disproportionate dimensions, and a ferocious force, feral as a raging Dragon. He fought alongside his brethren, the Dragonblood knights, during the epic Battle for the city of Torm, decimating the ranks of Tialevor’s forces.
