These are Slave Mercenaries from Artisan Guild’s Ashen Alfar Inquisitors (Dark Elf / Drow) set. They can be uses as pit fighters or slave minions to protect their boss. You would get all 3 characters.

BACKSTORY:

tortured slaves of all races, tormented by terrible whip-armed inquisitors, that pull the legendary Soul-Harvester Altar, the wagon used by Valykka to accomplish her crusade. Through powerful rituals born from the cruelty of the Depth Ones, the altar is able to subtract the soul of the slaves who tow it to feed mysterious arcane simulacra in the form of cauldrons and braziers. This mystic and obscure energy, often obtained with sacrifices in the center of the altar, feed the Tyrant-God ‘s unstoppable war machine.
